Thank Caketin - I also saw it as opportunistic and really not in shareholders interest. the share was stabilizing around 15 to 16 cents and I thought they could wait a few months get a few more announcements out and then raise. i did not own but bought a few just to be on the shareholders list but really not sure I am ready to commit.
