Hi Keith,
MMc has justified his view on the merits of the deal with SCP and I believe him when he states "We are confident that the partnership with SCP will create significant value for our shareholders". So it's more about whether you believe that to be true or not.

I see no point in going over the announcement with a fine tooth comb, but I understand the strategy and know how skilled the SCP team are at generating income. I also see the potential for Strata to become a take over target in the future, dependent on how this new structure pans out.

MMc and Charles Hall created a board that rescued MTR from a disasterous take over fiasco many years ago and have rebuilt the foundations of the company brick by brick. I have every reson to continue to believe in their integrity and strategy.
