Looks like a reverse takeover: Peter Grosskopf takes over from Charles Hall as Chairman and David Wargo takes over from MMcN as CEO. If all goes to plan, SCP Resource Finance (a private company) effectively becomes a public company through this (reverse) takeover. Nature of activities of SRT will change hugely, if you compare activities of SRT now and what the activities will be of the new combined company. Looking forward to receiving the shareholder information for the General Meeting, should be interesting reading.
