    I agree Galaxy could of threatened to call a vote to remove the BOD and I think a lot of retailers would of signed on (based on current performance), left them no choice but to agree to the Gxy transfer of the loan. Overall I like this consolidation play by Gxy here, they have a good track record regarding purchasing assets cheap & selling for top dollar (POSCO deal) and the 20m A40 equity is chump change on a macro level.
