I cant add to you assumptions re costs/ recovery rates etc. But, you do need to add in time value of money (Discounted cashflow) stuff. What is the mine(s) life? A dollar made in 10 years time is with 61cents today at 5% interest rates. And given various risks the discount rate should be materially higher than this. Also the return will no doubt come as dividends, at least, in part.... although I suspect we dont really care how we get the return
