Sage would have sold this holding pre Fin Year as a tax write off then its purported to be sold now into this MAJOR DILUTION to get Cape out ?????

No way It wasnt sold pre June 30 and now its see ya later , this was just a hoax with the weight of CFE behind it as a genuine entity behind it to gain investor confidence ....

It was even on the CFE tree of companies in their annoucement and FYTD reoports .... Now CFE arent doing too well this holding has been DUMPED !
