Fab acquisition is for equipment only, no existing contracts will be taken on. Employees at the fab have been made employment offers with BLG. Fab adaption is primarily in relation to source materials and not so much equipment retooling, so it's more about establishing supply chains. Previous fab owner is assisting with relevant contacts in the industry for commonly used materials. Confident in reliability issues being addressed and reiterated that while the new fab will help with development cycles, the focus is on manufacturing. New fab may be used for NRE work but only if it aligns with BLG objectives
