I just want to put in my 2cents on everyone saying that they should have raised when the price was closer to 40c. Back then they didnt have a deal, they didnt have an acquisition, and they didnt have a reason to raise the money. Yes the may have been in talks, but talks can break down too. Would you have liked them to raise the funds when they couldn't announce anything?
How would they substantiate raising 55mil for no reason?
You would have ripped them a bigger one that this.
And if the deal fell through, they would have decimated the SP for nothing?
No im not happy about the raise price, but the company they are acquiring will most likely put them head and shoulders above any competition.
They have mentioned previously they are looking at acquiring other companies in order to grow customers, and expand their offering...
