0.25 is too low considering we have solidified our fundamentals since last raise and acquisition.

To be honest most of the complaints come from the longers for the company. That we can get a 0.25 price per share is not the justification for such price. We get a 10.5:1 entitlement. It is the dilution that disappoints me. That dilution rips of us not the brokers.

It is very disappointing to see the capital raise pricing has to give away such a big discount. If you look at the fishy transactions occurred in last few weeks, obviously we shareholders are not well cared.
