thanks @madamswer - that’s a great email and hopefully the ALC management appreciate and understand your concerns and do all they can to keep you invested in the business. The logical approach and articulation of your long term philosophy regarding investing in their business is something any developing and growing company should crave.I understand their urgency but often think that things done in haste - especially comparatively large buyouts such as this - will happen regardless if they are right for both parties. financiers will understand the logic and benefits / ensuing cash flows and support no matter what the conditions.
That’s my view anyway.always appreciate your time to help us relative novices.
