20% discount to last close seems far too much but as a non holder this might be a good opportunity for me to buy in.
Acquisition looks decent but they seem to be buying it for the clients instead of buying a growing business.
Revenue has stalled for this acquisition, though margins are great and the cross sell opportunities are probably good.
