Strategic acquisition OK, although as mentioned it seems Silverlink is not growing. The SP was 35c at one stage last week but the selling took it down to 32c (previous cap raise price) on Monday before a capital raise at 25c. No big deal to buy shares at 25c when on market they can be bought for 27c. Does this mean if there is another acquisition in 6 months the price will be 15c? So what is a fair price for ALC currently? Doesn't seem that management know either.
