I think blaming the SP cap raise as bad timing is an excuse. After all, a new contract has just been announced. We can say It seems clear that some in the know were selling knowing the SP would be driven down. Looking beyond the current SP to where it will be in 6 months depends on new contract wins which depends on the work of the sales team and the quality of the offerings. This should be improved now, unless there are other strategic gaps that need to be plugged?
