Maybe smart strategically - time will tell. Very small though and a little unsure as to how exactly it will integrate with existing business.

Haven't been able to find anything about what Skippr Invoice Finance makes in terms of profit and/or how it may impact CGRs financial results. Without that in hand I reckon it looks a bit expensive what CGR has paid for this business.

Still like and hold CGR - but I don't like them more because of this acquisition and I am concerned they haven't provided any of the above information

Also, CGR used to hold out Mark cleaver and bring him along to investor meetings with Danny. Now I can't seem to find him referenced anywhere. Has he left? When/why? I can't seem to recall having seen anything to that effect?
