Current Solid Waste Recycling Fees = $140/Ton to $160/Ton (Charged to Council by the Operator)

Council charges those fee back to Customers (house hold). That is how waste management business works.

Give 7 years, waste management fee will double from current rate means average rise of 10% or higher annually.
