Just another example of how the Andrews-Allan socialist Labor/Greens government in Victoria is creating a crisis for the largest group who most unwisely refuse to vote for the Liberals and Nationals: renters.
Plus business costs in Victoria for companies like JLG are fast rising: look at payroll tax from 1 July 2023.
I won't be surprised if eventually quite a few companies decide to relocate their head offices from Melbourne to (preferably) other more business-friendly nations such as the USA or way second best, another Australian state like NSW. But all mainland Oz states have Labor governments.
