Bc8 seems to be building a large quality footprint in Kal folks. I’m not sure the market gets how valuable these land holdings may end up being worth. No sovereign risk, 100% ownership, just out of town with localised workforce and infrastructure. Bc8 keeps acquiring gold leases with proven gold hits. They don’t own moose pasture. Bc8 is surrounded by hungry mills with a rising gold price. If this was real estate you would be a happy buyer it as well. Like the close.
