I am trying to work it out also. I mean, didn't Eagleview purchase Spookfish for $90M rather than $120M? Either way- it's been sold now for $1.5? The only point I'll make is that it is being purchased from Eagleview Australia Pty Ltd. Does Eagleview in the US still hold an interest? Interested to hear others thoughts on this acquisition, looks like Eagleview couldn't make a go of it!?
