China holds a large part of the mining infrastructure in Namibia and can make a higher cost mine work, What they need is lots of Pounds in the ground for future needs..
As for price 20% over 5 day WAP also feel Brandon Munro is done with this project and taken it as far as he can after so many years...
Funding into production would be too challenging for current board...
