SVC Group Limited recently announced the reverse takeover of SubZero
Group, a mining services company providing a diverse range of
services primarily to the coal mining industry of the Northern Hunter
region. With clients such as Rio, BHP, Xtrata Coal, and Anglo Coal
and revenues in excess of $80m in 2012 the Board of SVC Group believe
that Subzero has the potential to provide security and growth for SVC
shareholders.
