Re GF and Sunnya, acquiring a controlling share of each business (as opposed to the entire business) and then making the vendors employees and shareholders of JAT is actually not a bad approach because it will encourage them to grow the business quickly and boost the value of both their JAT shareholding and the remaining 50% of their business but under the control and direction of JAT management.
IMO.
