It isn't, the DC is small and under utilized and the NPAT is probably bugger all. Zero Value IMO.
Half the value of the CR is for their Modules Division and Working Capital - Either they have massive contracts underway and yet to announce the wins. Or they have stuffed up pricing of their contract wins and are incurring losses. Strange there is little mention of this other than a size 3 Font Note.
Small amount, but not sure why need to market the SYD DC, money talks, it is a small DC, just discount the rates to get the sales FFS. In sales, its called an Opt in strategy.
I'm not participating in this CR. Not selling Either. Might top up one last time if it dips to sub 2 cents.
