Without being negative, surely we need contractually based revenue locked away before there is any value in a Nasdaq listing? Listing of itself is not going to be accreative to our local SP - same with HKSE? We will have a limited IPO period in each market to maximise the value of our company & a lack contracts ( as distinct from MOU’s ) will not be good. Recurring revenue alone as disclosed in the upcoming 4c will not be enough - IMO.
