Why would NST have taken over STK in the first place?

I doubt NST had any interest the Earaheedy tenements so that alone would make asset purchase a better option than takeover.

Selling projects was in my opinion always going to be the case. We've sold Millrose and the rest of the Yandal projects are likely to follow if/when they are proven up.

Earaheedy might end up in a NewCo as mentioned many months ago - no further news on that but with so much going on, I am not surprised that's taken a back seat for now.

My thoughts on next steps:
1. Yandal and Serbian projects to be drilled out simultaneously
2. Yandal projects proven up and sold to NST or similar (if value is found)
3. Proceeds from the Yandal sale will be held by the company for working capital and acquisitions
4. Serbian project drilled out to 15M-20M resource estimate and flogged for a boat load
5. Special dividend paid to shareholders and some cash retained for new project acquisitions
6. Repeat

The above won't happen overnight, but there's a lot to look forward to.

I'd love to see STK go mining but I don't think that's going to be the case. Prove out resources and sell is probably the ongoing goal.
