Always best to plot all the drill holes on sections imo, not just the good ones (I've added PIN-03)
Minimum $3M plus 2.5% Royalty plus costs for exploration/development if they can prove it up to be economic. No problem trying to add new deposits to the Antler mine inventory, but the push and rush to add something before releasing the long delayed PFS, which in itself is based on an out of date and woefully insufficient MRE imo, reeks of desperation. $350k option to drill and walk away is if it doesn't improve in thickness is a fair deal...
