I have little doubt they want to exercise the 10,000,000 million options they were given in the raise before this where the company was in a bad shape and DJ had the upper hand. General practice for them to sell the heads convert/ride the options.

Last raise was $20,000 fee and 6% of total underwriting with 10,000,000 free options with exercise of 0.07 cents.....Raising only 500K


This raise better position $10,000 fee and 6% of the underwriting amount with NO options.

IMO and you probably agree there is information that is well timed with their entry within the next week or so.

Valuation point of view is a as good as it gets here ready for this news.
