There is your markdown @asteroider , only took one share this is normally bullish every time i see this it is a deliberate attempt to base it lower for accumulation the day later.

Think about it, why on earth would they want to close it lower if they have some 58 million underwritten shares coming in a day or two's time.  Answer is they are disappointed in the amount of take up in the SPP and  this is one last shot at getting some at as close as possible to SPP price. I think there are two reasons they got rid of there last raises parcel one to complete a lower close today and B to allow the new shares and options to replace it.
