Good question but it is an MOU to negotiate a price and in parallel I’m sure funding the deal will be outlined.
This is a game changer for LCK! Doubling its reserves size and expanding its market footprint. Chile is an interesting place but if all approvals are in place , this seems a low risk acquisition which leverages the skill sets they have built for the Leigh Creek project. Nice thing is that there is a big power generation market there and this could be an easy Stage 1.
I really like this move. Of course very little detail at the moment but imo has all the right ingredients for a successful expansion.
