Most of you probably haven't thought about what this acquisition can lead to.
Currently, zip and quad sites have links to brands/companies which are partnered. With this aquisition and the pay anywhere functionality, customers may be able to search for products in a way similar to Amazon where they will get offerings from many suppliers for the same or similar product they searched for.
More convenience for customers and more control of data for zip as they own the marketplace platform. All IMO.
