These are very prelim results and Niobium and REE's are panned samples and partial REE's...waaaay too early to mean anything substantial.

Still don't really know what's there until they put some drill bits in the ground. There's been no drill assays on any of these tenements.
In my book, there's nothing that replaces drill assays, I've seen too many other co's talk up rock chips, samples, gravity surveys, then the drill bit comes up with dust.

They also mention historical artisanal mines - but no info as to what was mined there or any exploration results from them...?

At least it seems they plan to drill across the tenements pretty quick.
Also expect a CR pretty quick as drilling isn't cheap.
