The Nb is still only stream panning - it will gather more meaning when soil samples are found, but only substance when RC brings up in situ mineralisation.
Also it is best not to take REE clay into consideration until met work proves it can be treated with low cost ligands at weak acid concentrations.
(I dont think that has been done yet - please correct if wrong)
Undoubtedly one of the best greenfield Nb plays because of size and location - but hold your horses before you sell the farm.
