I think this one is awesome deal , revenue is 2 million and EBITDA $667k, RHT bought it for $4m, Where RHT is double the revenue and similar profit, Now we got two streams of revenue, We are not only buying the company but also bringing along the future revenue and expertise of Helen and her team in clinical trial business.
Sun pharma drug trial may be $6m for 48 patients at present , once this is successful then next trail can be for 150 plus patients and drug deal can be $18m plus which is three times the RHT revenue. If they get couple of those extra clinical trials then revenue goes north of $25 million in a year
Helen and her team are the best move for RHT for jumping into AUD $74 billion clinical trials drug market. We have pretty good team of doctors , Researchers and Very capable CEO who is hungry and knows the capital markets. I have great run with DXB and MSB and it will be my favourite one for 2024
