All well and good, I did read your post to blatantly throw out comments like Zamia don't have money and the make up of the deal is poor, is just misinformation IMO and ignorant to those who have put the deal together. They have landed some decent ground, for the vendor to have no money, ask yourself "why have they taken up shares in escrow" you would think a company hard up for cash, would have preferred to have taken cash not shares they wont be able to touch for 12months? mind boggles at this.

In other news the SP finished on the days high, set up for a move out of the current trading range after acquiring the project after some positive DD, can land from today up until the 22nd July. You will find I pay more attention to reading what's In the announcements than reading posts with no substantial information to back up posters comments. So don't be too upset that I tend to browse through certain posters posts.
