They cant raise any more cap for the next 12 mths because ASIC has clamped them so they continue to issue these types of announcements and allegedly pay for it with vendor finance, lol.
As if any of this is believable. If the vendor is offering finance it is because no-one wants it and the only buyers who will step up have no money or the case of CVI, have no intention of proceeding and just want a cheap announcement to pump/ramp on with.
When will this scam end???? This entire CVI episode has eroded and faith or fear I have ever had of ASIC and/or ASX.
There should be an ASX/ASIC rapid response team headed by Mr T. Hit these Fools with an avalanche of Snickers bars I say.
