Samples are key. We know artisanal mining is occurring which is a really good sign, and outcropping exists.
I see this 2+ week extension as a sign that either they've found something and want confirmation, or they are buying time to find a cobalt play to maintain momentum.
Either way I'm staying put because Klaus and his daughter will eventually get the job done, it's just a matter of time.
