re: Ann: Acquisition of Wizz Communications b... Looks good, 2.8x FY11 EBITA is cheap, earnings accretive almost immediately and the deferred consideration component suggests it is tied to milestone payments. I'd like to know the mix of cash and new shares and at what price the shares will be issued.
