re: Ann: Acquisition of Wizz Communications b... Dhukka....they issued 2,223,651 shares for $325,000 i.e 14.6 cents a share. Means they will pay cash of $1,075,000 defrred after performances hurdles are met. Presume they'll close most of Wizz office operations and transfer to BGL head office.
