It's a tech platform that will cost up to $600k, including the liabilities and assuming the earn out targets are achieved.

The new CEO says “This acquisition represents a positive addition to Nvoi’s product suite and reinforces our new growth strategy, adding key functionality that our clients and the market are looking for.”

So clearly, it was not a function of the Nvoi platform.

Share price up 15% since they announced the deal.

Share price up 90% since they raised money at $0.01.

Share price up over 500% since John Winters got involved.

These guys are creating (have created) significant shareholder value.

Isn't that their job? Isn't that what you want as a shareholder?
