I think the market is cautious regarding NIC on multiple fronts: -continued expansion and capital expenditure despite lacklustre share price growth (AKA shouldn't they be consolidating things while the SP is languishing) -related party deals give some cause to question things
As a somewhat impatient and emotional holder I am concerned about both. As a logical holder the first aspect should be completely dismissed. The market reaction to NIC seems to be the opposite of tech unicorns. Expansion is treated with caution and future profits treated with excessive scepticism rather than excessive optimism.
I am personally neutral on the news. I am human, I have emotions and I'm impatient. I am tired of seeing the share price massively below capital raising levels. However despite my impatience, I have held firm and NIC is over 50% of my portfolio. As a poker player I feel ALL IN so of course I'm nervous until the hoped SP spike.
