By the way Vulcaneers, the purchase of Ge co from Thorsten Weimann is a strategic move for the development of the project as well
as with the Geman government,
as he consults as their Geothermal expert, and is of course our COO.
He is extremely experienced and extensively connected in this space. If anyone can make this happen, he and VUL team can.
From the announcement when he was appointed, which went largely under the radar and had no impact on the SP.-
Vulcan Energy Resources (VUL) has appointed geothermal project expert Thorsten Weimann as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.Thorsten is currently a geothermal expert for the German Government and sits on the board of several geothermal associations. He has over 25 years’ experience in geothermal project development and operation in Germany. Thorsten has a strong track record of successful geothermal project execution, starting with his tenure as CEO of Global Engineering & Consulting GmbH in 2007. Prior to that, he founded a deep drilling business, Herrenknecht Vertical, in order to build drilling rigs for the geothermal market.
