    Yes correct stocks are free for everyone to buy and sell during the market trading hours.

    Not everyone are long term investors and believers but nevertheless I will still buy back the stock at the lower cost and move on anyway.

    I am sure a lot of people who took profits will also buy back at lower SP to boost their rebound momentums.
