It is not my role or expertise in hiring geothermal consultants, but I am very capable of reading a CV (or equivalent) and forming a personal opinion, just like you might if you were in business of hiring someone to work for you or fix your car, roof or even give you specialist medical trestment.
In this case, you might, for one example choose to look at the CV of https://www.mannvit.com/services/geothermal-energy/
a German based company for comparison of what they claim in their CV of completed relevant project. A more extensive and robust CV.
