Good move IMO - these guys have to establish and run a geothermal plant (which is no mean feat) as part of the zero carbon Lithium production.
Better to own it yourself rather than pay another company to do it for you.
All a part of the bigger picture, their just ticking off all the boxes to try to make this work and be as cost effective as possible - DYOR.
