CR seems to have conveniently used a small acquisition to raise needed cash for existing business. I don't see a lot of existing synergies with the acquisition, other than it might introduce BTH to the financial sector in the US.
These guys are acquisition hungry and I would prefer to see organic growth that is blowing us shareholders away.
This is a wait and see for me. I intended this to be a long term hold, but will consider my holding position in the next 6 months ... I want to see organic growth of 30-50% pa.
