I posted this after the acquisition was announced as being completed:

"And so it is completed and any risk of RYG not becoming XPE is eliminated.

I'm not sure about anyone else but I played a scenario out in my head that some major company noticed Xped and what their technology has to offer and decided to offer the Xped shareholders a much better deal than Raya, which caused the heads of agreement between the companies to be terminated.

A long shot given a binding heads of agreement contract I know but worse things have happened for companies in the past."
