As an STK SH I will 'benefit' from this 'deal' and will probably end up with GML shares after voting on 18th of August.

Pre this deal GML held some WA ground with interesting potential and some good Au hits having vended the best ground into the BTR deal which IMO was probably good for the area as a whole where 'stranded' resources were the norm. Time will tell if that assessment is valid. Just a vague, passing interest and memory so may be way off the mark.

The only thing about @MRRC's post that I would disagree with is 'without even a vote'. That will happen next month and is likely to be a Yes.

How to spin it as a good deal for GML SH's who are vastly diluted? Not easy IMO

Best way would be for the drill bit to do the talking as it has at Rogozna with NST's money to STK.

If the deal goes through GML have the funds to expand the open resources around Horse Well, perhaps Dusk til Dawn, and, fingers crossed, the real jewels of the potential large tonnage targets outlined by STK work earlier this year. The latter are high risk but high reward.... if successful.

Not, (perhaps), the best of deals for GML but certainly helps STK redirect funds to Rogozna while keeping some of Yandal as well as passing some to their SH's.

@wronguns post touches on the aspects of the close corporate relations between the two parties of this deal with shared directors past and present.

Yandal is a valuable asset which could be transformational for GML and certainly beneficial for STK in some aspects of the deal. IMO.

Positive drill results at Yandal will hopefully take some of the pain away as has happened at Rogozna. Definitely not popular deals, for some, but ultimately OK to good???

How much actual cash does GML have? As with STK, they may need to sell shares to pay for exploration as the cash dwindles rapidly with rigs spinning.
