I looked deeper into management last night, though I was aware of Peter Hutchinsons involvement with bringing Forge Group from a 12million MC to 450million, I was not aware of his and James Clements efforts of turning MTM around, Peter left MTM around 2017 after getting the company to turnaround status price was 17c and the company then taken over only a year or so later at 25c.

Therefore Peter and James have worked well together in the past, I am assuming that Peter left MTM to start up VYS as that was the time he stepped in and took up the challenge.
