Should be, maybe, who knows. The management of this company has been - and continues to be - utterly incompetent. Secrecy is the enduring hallmark of their dud deals, so no surprise they don't disclose whether it is materially accretive or not.

Add to that more massive dilution of existing holders here - 800 million new shares - to reintegrate and repair the failure of their Genuis deal after clearly not doing good enough due diligence on that business or its owners. And we're supposed to believe this one is now the next big thing? Meanwhile the unsupported share price has nowhere left to go as it is already at rock bottom.
