At todays MREC prices I would not count on IXR being able to feed any refineries !
At first glance this does look interesting, however one has to ask the question: Why didn't MEI pick up these blocks, they have been on the ground in Brazil for some time now and have been acquiring plenty other blocks in the same area, why not these ones ?
