On the surface looks great , but seems too cheap ? 12000 km of fibre and 2000 plus customers for a tad over 4 mill ?
I note the figures presented are unaudited , so one must assume there is a heap of debt coming over ,
Dont know the cost of fibre and electronics , but if you value a customer at say 500 , thats 1 mill , surely fibre laid and lit costs more than 300 a kilometer ?
Either the deal of the century or some data missing , ( placement 20% above market and vendors accepting scrip at 40% above market ?.? Bizzare )
